FREE standard shipping on qualifying orders over $150 before taxes.

We are currently shipping within the United States and Canada. International shipping outside these regions is not available at this time.

Online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to the email provided at checkout.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? If you decide the product isn't for you, we’re happy to assist with a free, simple return within 30 days of purchase:

  • To initiate your return, send us an email at hello@thewestcoastnaturals.com with your order number in the subject line and the product you wish to return (including flavour and size if applicable), along with the reason for return in the body of the email.

  • We’ll issue a return label to your email address and you must mail back your product (in good condition) within 30 days of the return label being issued.

  • Once we’ve received your product we will process your refund (less shipping charges) to your original method of payment.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we do not offer shipping outside of Canada or the USA.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some items may be restricted in certain regions due to local regulations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Online orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping notification once your product has left our facility based on one of the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays beyond our control. For updates on your shipment please check your order confirmation for the tracking details and follow up with the carrier. 

What do I do if my package is lost or damaged?

We work with trusted shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or FedEx depending on region and product type. Your order is in good hands, from the time it leaves our warehouse to the moment it’s delivered to your door. To offer a little extra peace of mind in the event that your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we have an optional shipping protection service available for all orders, at a fixed rate of $1.50 to $3.50 depending on your order value.

  • An order is considered “lost” if your shipping address has been verified with our Customer Success team and three business days from the delivery date have passed and no delivery or update has been made, or if your order has been in transit with no tracking updates for 7 business days.
  • An order is considered “stolen” if our shipping partner provided a proof of delivery photo that matches your address and three business days from the delivery date have passed. Please make sure to check with other members of your household who might have collected your mail before making a claim.
  • An order is considered “damaged” if your package has been mishandled in transit, resulting in broken or unusable products. Photos of the shipping packaging and damaged products are required to submit a claim.

Our shipping protection service does not cover orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout, or items that were damaged after delivery. However, our customers always come first, and we’ll try our best to work with you to make it right.

All shipping protection claims must be made within 14 days of the last tracking update. To report a shipping issue or file a claim, please connect with our Customer Success team at hello@thewestcoastnaturals.com.

How do I return or exchange my product purchased on Westcoast Naturals online store?

We don’t offer exchanges, but we’ll do our best to support you with a refund. For online purchases made directly from our website you may request a refund in the original form of payment (less shipping costs) within 30 days of the date of purchase. Send us an email hello@thewestcoastnaturals.com with your order number and  a description of the reason for your return
