USING HELIX ORIGINAL

It is recommended to take one vegetable capsule a day. Although you can take it throughout the day after any meal of the day, it is preferable to take one Helix Original vegetable capsule in the morning with breakfast (before or after).

Helix Original is an all natural food supplement that can be taken daily to help reduce your joint discomfort, improving your flexibility, elasticity and mobility.

However, if you want to rest, you can take one capsule a day for three months, that is, 3 bottles of Helix Original in total, and then rest for a month to repeat this pattern.

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Keep out of the reach and sight of young children. Store in a cool, dry place.

It is not recommended to take Helix Original during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to a lack of corresponding studies.

ALLERGENS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

Yes, Helix Original is suitable for celiacs and those with gluten sensitivity.

The Helix Original product is suitable for diabetics as long as the carbohydrate intake is taken into account.

The Helix Original product does not contain lactose, therefore it is suitable for people with lactose intolerance.

No, in the case of Helix Original our main ingredient is snail protein extract, so if you are allergic to mollusks, you should not take it.
